RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Given the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of a used product.

 

If you encounter any issue with one of our products, you must inform us immediately at info@maisonmian.com.

 

Our return policy has a 14-day period.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must not show any signs of use.

 

If you have received an order that does not meet your expectations or is damaged, please inform us immediately at info@maisonmian.com.

 

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we understand that sometimes products may arrive damaged. We will try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

 

In the case of accepted returns, a label will be sent to you to print and place on the box to be returned. Always keep the original box!

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)
After the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-20 days.

 

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
